Dr. Mimansa Cholera is a compassionate pediatric dentist at Main Street Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Danville who is dedicated to creating positive, meaningful dental experiences for every child. With over 12 years in the dental field, she combines evidence-based care, prevention-focused dentistry, and a nurturing approach to help young patients build healthy habits and confident smiles that last a lifetime.
Dr. Mimansa Cholera is a board-certified pediatric dentist at Main Street Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics who brings over 12 years of experience to her patient-centered approach. She is passionate about preventive care and believes that early education, compassionate treatment, and strong partnerships with parents are key to building lifelong healthy smiles.
Dr. Cholera earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington and completed her Pediatric Dentistry Residency at the University of California, San Francisco. She also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Davis and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Gujarat University. She is certified in PALS and BLS, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In addition, she serves on the Board of the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry and chairs the Access Innovation Committee with the San Francisco Department of Public Health.
What Dr. Cholera enjoys most about her work is her amazing team and the joy her young patients bring each day. Originally from Fremont, California, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, as well as painting, cooking, playing tennis, and board games. A fun fact about Dr. Cholera is that she can read books upside down and in reverse with the same speed and accuracy as normal reading.
