Vieno, Team Captain/Office Manager

Nicole Front Office

Vieno has a passion for leadership, and she says that the most rewarding part of her job is coaching our team to be as successful as possible. This all serves to benefit our patients! She is a registered dental assistant through Everest College, and she has also taken advanced training in leadership and coaching and attended multiple Tony Robbins seminars.

Vieno comes from a large family and is the oldest of nine children. She and her husband are the proud parents of two adult children, a daughter and son, as well as a beloved dog and cat. On the weekends, she likes to go boating, wake surfing, paddle boarding, and jet skiing. Vieno also loves anything that has to do with Christmas or Hallmark.

Karina, Registered Dental Assistant

Karina, Registered Dental Assistant

Karina has been with us for almost all of her dental career, and she loves being able to provide fun and memorable dental experiences for our kiddos. Her dental training began at Eden Area ROP, and she now has certifications in X-rays, coronal polishing, and dental sealants. Before joining our team, she interned at a small private practice, and orthodontic office, and at the University of the Pacific Clinic.

Karina has five stepsiblings as well as a lot of nieces and nephews, so she spends a lot of time with family outside of the office! She also likes to travel, watch baseball games, and binge watch her favorite TV shows. Karina is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Eddy, Manager

Eddy, Manager

Eddy joined our team over two years ago now, and she has nearly a decade of experience in the dental world. Before she joined us, she attended Southwestern College and earned her certification in dental assisting and X-rays. Plus, she obtained her orthodontic assisting permit! Although her education and training are impressive, what she loves most about her job is building bonds with patients, creating positive memories, and working with a star-studded team.

Eddy’s hometown is Chula Vista! At home, she has a fiancé, two cats, and a puppy. She loves using her free time to watch Netflix, listen to movie podcasts, go off-roading, and ride motorcycles. Here’s something you might not know about her: she knows how to play the drums, the guitar, the bass guitar, and the piano!

Glenda says that the only thing she loves more than all of the fun and diverse personalities of our patients is the people she is blessed to work with on a daily basis! She graduated from Diablo Valley College and has been in the orthodontic field for over a decade, and she regularly attends the CDA conference so she can learn about new advancements in the dental field.

Originally from Brentwood, Glenda likes to take trips with her two dogs to San Diego, Oregon, and Rhode Island to visit family. A lover of Broadway musicals, her hobbies include reading, working out, playing video games, and hiking.

Lily, Dental Assistant

She first started her career by studying at Carrington College of San Leandro to earn her certification as a dental assistant. Over the years, she’s gained experience with conscious sedation in oral surgery/endodontics and spent time working chairside with denture patients. However, her passion is in working with children and special needs.

If you don’t see her at the office, Lily is likely spending her days with her husband, traveling to new places, trying out new foods and restaurants, and visiting the ocean whenever she can. She also loves animals and would be happy to talk about her favorite ones with the kids!

Angel, Dental Assistant

Angel has been working in the dental field for over a full decade, and there’s so many things to love about her job that she can’t even list them all! In particular, she really enjoys working with children and being able to appreciate their innocent honesty and philosophies on life. It allows her inner child to flourish and keeps her in the present moment. As for training, she studied at Carrington College in California and takes many continuing education courses to this day.

At home, Angel has two children who have brought her so much joy and taught her how to be a better human. As a group, they love to be out in nature, visit the ocean, go exploring, and try lots of new restaurants! When it comes to personal hobbies, she likes hiking, reading, collecting fun socks, and taking long drives with no particular destination in mind. She’s also a BIG fan of roller skating and even had a short stint in a roller derby league.
